1. Flat Rate Shipping
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Domestic Shipping
For orders shipped within the United States, estimated delivery times are typically 5-10 business days after the order has been processed. We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic shipments. The specific carrier will be chosen based on efficiency and service availability for your location.
4. International Shipping
For international orders, estimated delivery times are typically 10-25 business days after the order has been processed. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, High Waisted Bikini Sets is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays (e.g., USPS, UPS)

- Customs processing delays for international shipments
- Natural disasters or unforeseen events

7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these shipments will be sent via USPS only.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@highwaistedbikinisets.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 7 days of receiving the damaged package. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
9. No Shipping to Restricted Countries
Due to various legal and logistical restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is not available during checkout, we unfortunately cannot ship to your location at this time.
